Frequently Asked Questions

What does a Vendor Advocate actually do?

A Vendor Advocate works for you, the seller. Not the agent. We act as your guide, strategist, and safeguard through the entire sales process. From preparing your home and selecting the right agent to negotiating fees and overseeing the campaign, we help you sell smarter, not harder.

How is this different from using a regular real estate agent?

A traditional real estate agent technically works for both the buyer and seller, but they’re ultimately focused on closing the sale. We only work for you. That means our advice is independent, strategic, and designed solely to get you the best result, without the pressure to list.

Does this service really cost me nothing?

Yes. There are no hidden fees, no mark-ups, and no fine print. Our service is paid by the agent you select, similar to how commissions are split between two agents. You don’t pay a dollar more, but you gain a trusted expert in your corner.

Will I still have control over the process?

Absolutely. Every decision is yours. We guide, support, and advise, but you’re always in the driver’s seat. You’ll have the final say on agent selection, pricing, marketing, and more. We simply ensure you’re fully informed and protected at each step.

What if I’m not ready to sell yet?

That’s perfectly okay. Many of our clients reach out months in advance. Having early conversations allows you to prepare, increase your home’s appeal, and create a clear plan, with no pressure. We're here when you're ready.

I’ve already signed with an agent. Can you still help?

Possibly. If your sale is underway but something doesn't feel right, we may still be able to step in and assist. Reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible based on your current situation.
